VIOLATION OF ETHICS

When one selectmen makes a unilateral decision without a majority vote in public.

Note: The letters NOT TO PROCEED below were submitted to KSL Contracting by one selectman, unilaterally.

When a contractor who is licensed and Department of Labor Health and Safety Certified company points out the follow:

Contractor "A" can not get paid for work already completed and accepted by the town because Contractor "A" questioned the integrity of the project manager for the town.

The question being if Contractor "A" has $96,000.00 and 4 buildings in their contract and have to wait 15 days to get paid for each building individually, why does Contractor "B" who has $40,000.00 and 1 building in his contract and gets $20,000.00 up front before even being on site?

And the 1 building Contractor "B" got, Contractor "A" was told "NOT TO BID ON, BECAUSE THE TOWN WILL NOT SPEND THE MONEY ON IT". Check the above RSA, understand why Contractor "A" was pushed out of their contract for debris dumped in the woods? Hudson, hanging by a thread...
EXAMPLE WHEN A TOWN GETS CAUGHT IN THE ACT. OOPS!
YET AGAIN, ANOTHER LETTER SUBMITTED UNILATERALLY BY A SELECTMAN...UNETHICALLY...
